The team at The Food Incubator has in excess of 50 years’ experience of working in the thermal processing industry and enjoys an enviable track record for success. We are acknowledged as specialists in the field and we’ve applied our specialist technical know-how to a diverse range of sectors within the food industry including soups, sauces, food-to-go, baby food, health foods, plant proteins, dairy products and pet foods. You name it, we’ve covered it – we’ve even worked with cauliflower rice!

As well as our knowledge of the sterilisation and pasteurisation processes themselves, we are fully conversant with the best-in-class equipment on the market, providing our clients with access to state-of-the-art technology.
